Medication Management Services and Fees

Medication management at Wright Wellness will include an overall evaluation of your mental health symptoms, physical or medical conditions, and general lifestyle. We believe medication management is only one part of overall health and wellness. Treatment recommendations might include a variety of options, including psychotherapy or counseling, exercise, or nutrition changes, in addition to medication management.

Your first appointment will involve an evaluation of your needs and treatment goals, and we can then decide if it is a good fit to continue working together. Should we decide to continue working together, we will schedule a 20 to 30-minute session on a frequency that seems effective in meeting your treatment goals. Below are rates for medication management services:

Karalee Landers, APRN, provides the following services to adolescents and adults, 13-years of age and older:
Diagnostic Evaluation (30+ minutes) $165
Extended Evaluation (45-60+ minutes) $180 - $225
Medication Management follow-up (20+ minutes) $150
Extended Follow-up (30-40+ minutes) $170 - $200

We will ask you to provide your insurance information ahead of the first appointment so we can verify benefits and coverage. For insurance plans we do not accept, we can provide a "super-bill" to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know ahead of time. All providers also accept private pay. Payment for services are requested to be made with exact cash, check, or credit/debit card at the time of service. Payment plans available upon request.
